Returns

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE/ LIMITED RELEASED ITEMS.

All sales are final due to limited nature of each product. If we make a mistake with the order we will always take full responsibility and work to create a solution.

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR SIZE ACCOMMODATIONS ON ANY ORDERS PLACED.

Please inspect your order upon receptions.

IF damaged upon receipt, you must provide & include detailed photos of the damaged item (s).

Checkout/ Address Changes

We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed. GRAPPLING REELS is not responsible for any mistakes in addresses inputted by you (the customer).

Pending Charges/ Refund Notifications

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH AN ORDER NUMBER, THERE IS NO ACTIVE CHARGE (GRAPPLING REELS HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY)

IF YOU ATTEMPT MULTIPLE CHARGES, YOU WILL HAVE “PENDING CHARGES.” via YOUR BANK. THIS HOLD BY YOUR BANK TO INSURE YOU HAVE PROPER FINDING FOR YOUR ORDER. UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ORDER NUMBER/ EMAIL CONFIRMATION THERE IS NO ACTIVE ORDER.

Shipping Policy

Your package can take up to 5 business days to be processed, packed and shipped.

The processing time is separate from the USPS/ FEDEX/ UPS transit time. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

We are unable to make changes to address once an item has been shipped or in transit.

An email will be sent with a tracking number when your item(s) has been shipped.

PACKAGES THAT ARE SENT BACK TO THE FULFILLMENT CENTER DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESSES WILL BE REFUNDED THE COST IF THE PRODUCTS MINUS THE COST OF SHIPPING.
